- Contact & Profile Data: When you sign up for our newsletter, register for free virtual events including co-working sessions, workshops, and summits, book a discovery call, or engage our services, you voluntarily provide details such as your name, email address, business name, and project goals.
- Payment & Financial Data: When you purchase a service or digital offering, transactions are processed directly through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store or see your credit card numbers or banking passwords on our systems.
- Feedback & Communications: Information you share when filling out forms, sending us emails, or participating in coaching sessions.
- Community Posts & Public Communications: Any messages, posts, comments, photos, or media you voluntarily submit or share within our virtual community platforms, chat rooms, live event Q&As, or forum spaces. Please remember that information shared in community spaces may be visible to other attendees and participants
- Live Event Audio & Transcripts: When you attend our live workshops, summits, or co-working sessions, we may use AI-powered transcription and recording tools (such as Zoom AI Companion, Fathom, or Otter.ai) to generate automated session notes, summaries, or transcripts. These tools process audio and video data, which may capture your spoken words, name, and voice if you actively participate in the live recording.

4. Cross-Border Transfers & Third-Party Tools
To run our studio, we partner with reputable third-party software providers for website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and payment processing (e.g., ConvertKit, Acuity, Stripe, Google Workspace, Zoom, Otter).
Because many of these trusted service providers operate in the United States or other global jurisdictions:
- Your personal information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of Canada.
- While stored internationally, your data remains subject to the safety standards of those providers, but may also be accessible to local law enforcement or government authorities under applicable foreign laws.
- We select partners that adhere to strict commercial security standards (such as SSL encryption and standard data protection practices).
