Welcome to Founding Possibilities. We are a growth studio dedicated to helping purpose-driven BIPOC founders scale businesses that lift up the cultures and communities we come from.

At the heart of our practice is our core philosophy: 🌿 BUILD ECOSYSTEMS, NOT EMPIRES ✊🏽. We believe that business relationships should be grounded in mutual trust, capacity-first planning, gentle accountability, and relational integrity.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.foundingpossibilities.com, including all pages, content, free or paid community spaces, digital products, resources, and offerings (collectively, "Services").

Founding Possibilities is a business initiative operated by Cambio Collection Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In these Terms, "you" or "your" refers to any individual accessing or using our Site or Services.

By accessing our Site, opting in to any offering, or purchasing or accessing any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility & Use of Services

Age Requirement: By purchasing or accessing any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Browsing our general public website content requires you to be at least 13 years old.

General Scope: These Terms apply broadly to anyone purchasing or accessing any of our services, offerings (whether free or paid), content, digital resources, community spaces, or virtual events (collectively, "Services"). Specific 1:1 client engagements may also be governed by a separate individual contract or proposal.

2. Payment, Fees & Chargeback Policy

Currency & Payment: All fees are listed and charged in United States Dollars ($USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. You authorize us and our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments) to charge your payment method for your purchases, including any applicable transaction or processing fees.

Chargeback Resolution Protocol: We believe in open communication and relational trust. Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider or financial institution, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and provide 14 days’ written notice to resolve the issue directly. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback without prior contact revokes access to your digital products, resources, or community spaces immediately, and we reserve the right to recover any wrongfully charged fees along with associated recovery costs.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital offerings, instant downloadable materials, and limited seating in live virtual events:

Strict No-Refund Policy: All purchases for digital products, resources, ticketed workshops, summits, or paid community access are final and non-refundable once made.

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Product Licensing

We believe in generous scaling, but we also safeguard the systems, frameworks, toolkits, and creative assets we’ve built over a decade of practice.

Our Intellectual Property: All content, toolkits, digital products, graphics, text, taglines, logos, and program structures on our Site and within our Services remain the proprietary intellectual property of Cambio Collection Ltd. / Founding Possibilities.

Limited License (What You May and May Not Do): When you purchase or access any of our digital products, toolkits, or resources, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or internal business use only.

You May:

- Access, download, and use the resource for your own internal business operations.

- Print copies for your individual work.

You May Not:

- Share, sub-license, resell, or distribute our materials, templates, or resources to third parties.

- Share account login details or digital download links with others.

- Use our materials as "inspiration" to make minor tweaks and resell or pass them off as your own work.

5. Community Honor Code & Media Release

Community Spaces: In our community spaces and virtual events—including co-working sessions, workshops, and summits—we expect all participants to honor the privacy and confidentiality of fellow founders and uphold an affirming, anti-oppressive, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone who exhibits harmful or disruptive behavior without a refund.

User Submissions & Media Release: By voluntarily submitting testimonials, reviews, comments, or media (such as photos or case study feedback) to us, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to share and publish that content to celebrate our community and promote our Services, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

6. Educational Disclaimer & Limitations

Educational Purpose & No Guarantees: Our resources, content, and events are provided for educational and strategic support. Case studies or testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee identical outcomes. Your business success depends on your own execution, capacity, market conditions, and individual effort.

Site Availability & Technology: We make reasonable efforts to maintain a secure and reliable website, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that files are free from technical errors. Use of our Site is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cambio Collection Ltd. and Founding Possibilities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
